Cockroaches govern themselves in a very simple democracy where each insect has equal standing and group consultations precede decisions that affect the entire group, indicates a new study.
Why are the roaches happy little achievers? They work together for the good of all. If this is programmed into cockroaches, it makes one believe that we too are acting out biological impulses by usuing democratic principals... which adds me to think that some individuals who are only pretending to do this while actually acting like predators have fucked up the whole dream....
